how to resolve when apper red led at decoder screen

As a picture attech.. just apper red led..
If off on stb.. that led will apper like picture

Many owners of Hellobox 8 experienced similar things about the problem.

A very disappointing box.

I purchased the Hellobox 8 receiver. I turned it on several times and the receiver stopped working. The red LED is on. What to do? A lot of marriage. This is the second receiver. which does not work. Total purchased two receivers. The first receiver stopped responding to the remote, the second stopped turning on. Threw money away.

My dear friend we have two models of the Hellobox 8.. the old(first) version and the New version..which one are you referring to? If it's the old version, it is generally accepted that there was production defect.. but for the new one, well kind of strange! Screen shot of the back please..
