There is only red light in receiver.I cant utilize remote anymore

Did anyone stuck at the red light and not booting, tried the RS232 upgrade method and solve the problem.
I tried it and it didn't work. Serial port not showing as if nothing is connected.
is there any other way to reset it.?-

It's a bit complicated. Maybe your flash or chip is broken. You need to open the box to replace it, and then use the serial port tool.

Can you please show me in detail what I need to replace. Which chip or flash? Where to get them from?

I tried this same rs232 upgrade format with the Hellobox 8 _upg tool, refer to readme_upgrade. jpg and its stock. Please is it because I didn't connect my system to the internet, or something wrong? Please I need your reply. Thanks in anticipation.
