AUTO POWERVU IN APSTAR 76

I have Hallowbox 8 fail to open powervu channels @76E Axn what can i do I tried to add manually but still fail to open!!

Even @ 68e it fails to open HBO!!Hellobox 8 has a serious problem with autoroll powervu!!76e it failed to open Disney channels and Axn,Please Engineers Do something.

HBO, BBC, SKY news,CNN and CNBC(Tandberg) all
at 68.5east work fine on Hellobox..
Just connect the receiver to the internet and wait for a few minutes
