Hispasat 30west (Arbettis channels)

For some time now, we raised the issue of hispasat (30west),, arbettis channels not showing ( not scanning in) on
Hellobox 8 but "other" receiver picking it ... there was no response and explanation.
Would appreciate if anyone could respond to the issue..

I second to your post bro, and am even added some to your post as you said most of the decoder are able open the play back on Abetis channels and even most of the decoders are able to open the channels on 27.5w the BBC play back channels so please mod/prog should response to at least Abetis channels on hispasat on 30w...

Hi engineers , now GTMedia V8 PRO2 with a new firmware can tune & playback Hispasat 30W satellite Abertis DTT channel, previously he was unable to do so

It would be nice if Hellobox 8 were also able to do it with new firmware

May you study a new firmware so that hellobox 8 can do it too?

I take this opportunityam to remind you this other question:

I am reading that the Hellobox 8 cannot cope with
the UK Freeview multiplex at 27.5W 11495 V.
Users' reports say the the box is able to tune the frequency,
however no channels are scanned.
The multiplex is using an encrypted PMT (or PAT),
so it is a hard challenge for many receivers.
AFAIK on Enigma2 receivers changes are related to the oscam emu
and to the lamedb config file.

It would be great if the magical Hellobox 8 could also win this race
