Hellobox 8 tuning problem,
My newly purchased hellobox is not getting tuned on any of the satellites now. Initially I tuned a single satellite & it was working fine with activated s cam. Then I wanted to add another satellite it was not getting tuned in satellite scan or in blind scan. Tge lnb power is showing but not the signal quality. It the tuning process is going on more tgan 10 minutes also nothing is happening. The yellow bar is not coming up with percentage., Then I updated the latest version of software, It got tuned for one time. Then again tge seco d satellite is not getting tunef. I did the factory default setting. Afterwards no tuning is happened. Now I cant tune it. Please help me me to solve this issue. Thanks & regards, Manoj kumar, Trivandrum, Kerala state, India.

Two things need to be confirmed.
First, use a voltmeter to confirm whether LNB power output of the box is normal.
Second, use other boxes to confirm that the dish is normal.
