Hellbox 8 problems

I encountered two problems with the latest firmware version on my Hellbox 8, first: unable to choose the audio for example from English to German or Italian, second: channel search on satellite
(Astra 4A / SES-5 @ 4.8 ° East) stops at 36% and does not go further, I have tried the search several times but it stops at 36%

For audio problem simple soluti,on change first audio and second audio language under system in av setting to other than English language i.e Francais....

Not work, the audio track does not change.

Have you tried pressing the audio button on the remote control and changing the audio track?
If that doesn't work either, if you know the audio pid you can change it on the channel list menu:

Audio track not chance remains mute.

Hello. If it is possible to see what happens when using the hispassat w30 satellite that has Meo and Nos, only Nos and Meo does not open, it is only encrypted.
