Intel sat 68 Sony group & Discovery is not working

Good day Admins,

I have updated set top(Hellobox v5plus) box recent release software 20190705A , Intel sat 68 Sony group & Discovery is not working. it's already connected with internet and the updated powervu 3 pop up but till now all channel is scramble.

Please help.

Leave it on for like 25 minutes it will open, or put the keys manual

Try to put powervu keys manually..after restart stb..channels will open..

Folks with same receiver and in the same region should send a working dump file to the brother to solve the problem..

I have done this process "Leave it on for like 25 minutes it will open" but it is not working,
My question is why Autoroll not work?
We have purchased the box for best Autoroll option
Please provide perfect Autoroll solution.
