Compare file on USB to be sure it reads exactly like this...hellobox_V5_plus.bin

Yes its FAT32 Formatted 1GB USB Pen Drive.
only hellobox_V5_plus.bin is there under root.

In formatting, what was space allocation?
Try allocating some space of 8mb or more when formatting and try again...

My hellobox v5 plus does not start, it stays in boot and usb, I already tried the procedure of the rs232 cable and it shows me an error, what can I do?

Please try to rename the new software to auto_burn.fac ，Then save it to USB flash disk, insert STB before power on, the panel will display usb and percentage, restart after completion (unplug USB disk and delete the file).
