Hellobox Smart S2 firmware update notification

Hellobox team has optimized Nat traversal service. Please update to the latest firmware to enjoy better SAT Anywhere.
Pls guide step by step.
My Hellobox smart s2 dont save my wifi password and so I cannot connect it to internet.
Before my last firmware update there was no such issue.
Guys pls help me as I have posted my this issue multiple times in this board.
