How to updated SCAM+ validation gor 2 years in Hellobox V5 plus

Hi,
I just updated the new software for my Hellobox v5 pkus dated 25/12/2018 version.
But after successful update, iam getting an issue SCAM+ validation for 2 years showing an message ' initializing' .
Please anybody knows how to resolve the issue.

Currently scam+ server down and bisskey server also down

The scam+ and autobiss servers are working fine.

GS**T package 108.2e all channels not open for 3 days now. Contrary to what you posted last time it opened more than 10 channels few days ago.

Could you kindly add 22west cos customers in Africa have limited options.
