K0S firmware update 20190103 for GSKY-V5 ??

Post by Rishithulyan » Tue Jan 08, 2019 2:50 am

Latest K0S update f/w was released for other brand boxes like Matrix, Tanaka etc. But GSKY-V5 was not provided with any latest updates. The Matrix and Tanaka f/w are not compatible with GSKY-V5 due to chip ID differences. Last released official f/w was on October 22,2018. After that only some third party mod f/w updates were only available.
I request honourable FreeDVB team to edit the chip ID of the latest K0S update and make it available for GSKY-V5. Please. Thanks in advance.

thanks for the advice. I have moved to my old desktop and downloaded the file to it and there is no problem with windows. I have only to copy the file to my camera. Thanks again
