hellobox 6, cccam not connect

Need your help,
my hellobox is well connected to network, youtube and Iptv play well.
When I put Cccam, Newcam or Mgcam line, no one connect.
With another receiver same line connect.
Please help me solve this probleme.
And how to watch hellobox 6 channels on mobile dvbplayer?
