with this program it is absolutely impossible to edit channels. Explain the process well

You yourself answered that the Hellobox8 Network is not stable.

Some buttons are inactive (red), active buttons (green) (for recording, full screen and volume)

Offer us a full-fledged program for Hellobox8 with all working buttons, and not a program with partially working functionality
