Cannot connect the Hellobox 8 to the tethering WIFI

I use the tethering WiFi function of my smartphone : my phone is the router of the my home WiFi network.

I noticed that the Hellobox 8 does not connect to my tethering WiFi network.

How can I fix it?

My dear friend, you need to go to the WiFi hotspot setting of your phone copy the network name and password...use these to configure your Hellobox 8

In particular, the 5ghz wifi networks do not detect me, only the 2.4ghz ones
