Still telling me unsupported. This is what I did, I downloaded the new updated firmware and rename it as autoburn_fac.bin saved it and copy to pendrive then I connect it to my hellobox v5hd.i switched it off and on then go to USB upgrade to run d firmware but still telling me unsupported.

it's auto_burn.fac, Change bin file to auto_burn.fac Automatic upgrade. Put it in pendrive(only this file should be in pendrive) and attach to usb port of reciever and turn on, automatic upgrade will begin. after upgrade complete remove pendrive

Auto upgrade
Turn off the Hellobox V5 power
Rename the firmware to auto_burn.fac, and place it in the USB root directory
Insert the USB into Hellobox V5 , and turn on the power
The box will display "USB" for about 5~10 seconds if the USB is detected correctly, and the upgrade process will start automatically. The panel will show the progress
When finished, "FFFF" will be displayed.
REMOVE THE USB AND DELETE THE auto_burn.fac FILE IN USB!!!
Turn off and turn on the box, it will be back
Does it boot, what is showing on the tv screen, which version have you installed before upgrading

your box is dead, i assume you installed unofficial 2.0 bin from somewhere in your box, you can recover your box using rs232 from computer.

This is the first firmware relase for Hellobox 6(v5), if you have a Hellobox V5, you can upgrade with this new-designed firmware.
Please keep Upgrade mode(ALL) for the first time upgrading to Hellobox V5....If you upgrade other modes, it will crash.

• which version Scam is present in this version?
  can i update channel list from previous vesion DB?
  Will it wipe off my current Scam validity?

No, it is still Hellobox V5. Please select upgrade mode（all ）when upgrading

Yes! it will be deleted, to backup goto update option and save dump file in pendrive.
