Hi guys,

if you are watching 166E liga HD, and it go black, don't be panic, do as below:

1. Connect the network, and power off/power on the hellobox
2. Make sure you see the prompt "update powervu key type 3", if the prompt is type 1 or type 2, please reboot again.
3. Then everything come back

Make sure you are using version 20190311 and above
try the same with V5 plus/Tanaka/Burger
