Try allocating some space of 8mb or more when formatting and try again...

1. Copy bin file to a USB device and change to the file name to "hellobox _ V5 _plus.bin"
2. Insert the USB device to Hellobox V5 Plus Support and receiver
3. Connect Hellobox V5 plus with computer through RS232 cable
4. Run "WinSTBUpgrader.exe "on computer
5. Select and Open serial port
6. Click" download "page, select the config file " V5 _plus_8M.xml "
7. Click" Start "
8. Power on Hellobox V5 plus, and wait ...
After upgrading is done, Hellobox V5 plus will reboot automatically.

Please try to rename the new software to auto_burn.fac ，Then save it to USB flash disk, insert STB before power on, the panel will display usb and percentage, restart after completion (unplug USB disk and delete the file).
