The channels that have avs+ video code only play sound

So, when I use DVBplayer connected with my Hellobox8 to play the channels that have avs+ video code, it can only play the sound but cannot have the picture. Except for this video code, the other channels can be well played. BTW, the channels played by DVBplayer that have no picture can be played well through my hellobox8 set-top-box, hence, I think it should be a bug of the DVBplayer, I test it with the latest version of both DVBplayer and firmware of Hellobox8.
